What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide responsive and first-time resolution to customers' technical support requests through various channels
- Troubleshoot and resolve simple to complex hardware and software technical issues
- Collaborate with a team to address and escalate product issues when necessary
- Update internal and external knowledge base articles regularly
- Participate in technical training to enhance knowledge and support for customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred in related fields
- Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and convey them to customers of varying technical abilities
- Previous experience in customer service or phone/call center environments preferred
- Strong computer skills including Internet navigation, word processing, and proficiency with Microsoft Operating systems
- Comfortable working independently from a home office location
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, or French is a plus
- Previous experience in electronics, networking, or computers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
