- Ability to organise and prioritise workload in a rapidly changing environment
- Works effectively and efficiently under pressure whilst maintaining accuracy.

Job summary
An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Reporting Analyst to join the Business Intelligence team at a very exciting time in the department.
We are currently going through a period of transformation where we are re-shaping how information services are delivered within the organisation. The successful candidate will be playing a key role in the development of new reporting processes as we strive to deliver a best-in-class BI service.
Main duties of the job
You will be using your knowledge of reporting and analysis to support operational performance and contribute to service development. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills which will be required to engage with stakeholders, define reporting requirements, and deliver an excellent information service. You will work with the utmost accuracy, paying attention to the detail and quality of every report, ensuring that it is relevant and useful to the user.
The post holder will have a confident and self-motivated attitude, good organisational skills and be able to prioritise their own workload in order that deadlines are met and ensure high standards of services are maintained.
Advanced spreadsheet skills and knowledge of Business Intelligence reporting is essential. Experience in using a range of MS Power Platform applications, including creating visualisations in Power BI and extracting and cleansing data using Power Query, is highly beneficial. In addition, you will need to be able to effectively communicate with clinical and clerical staff across both internal and external organisations.

Thenew salary rates for this year(2023/24)willtake effect from 1 April 2023.
