      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Cultivate and grow relationships with key OEM customers in Northern California
      - Drive profitable growth by introducing new innovations and technologies to clients
      - Facilitate the adoption of tools and initiatives to support product launches and competitive conversions
      - Collaborate with global teams to translate design decisions into product sales
      - Provide strategic input to account management for future business strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution
      - At least seven (7) years of combined sales and/or automotive experience
      - Current, valid Driver's License
      - Proven success in sales with advanced selling skills
      - Experience in complex, multi-disciplined key account management

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in engineering or manufacturing from an accredited institution
      - Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Sales Force / PowerBI
      - Experience in fast-paced environments and startup cultures
      - Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
      - Familiarity with social selling tools and market trend analysis
