      Duties and Responsibilities:

      - Field inbound inquiries from requesters regarding patient medical records
      - Answer questions promptly and courteously, ensuring excellent customer service
      - Escalate complex issues to Manager and Team Lead
      - Maintain positive relationships with clients and requestors of ROI
      - Process incoming fax/mail correspondence related to ROI fulfillment

      Minimum Qualifications:

      - High School Diploma (higher education preferred)
      - Ability to make independent decisions and apply critical thinking
      - Proficient in computer knowledge and accurate data entry
      - Prior customer service experience strongly preferred
      - Strong problem-solving skills
