      OVERVIEW:

      TechEdge is seeking a technically curious and detail-oriented Project Manager / Researcher to join our US team. In this role, you will work at the intersection of data,

      software, and media analytics, supporting the delivery and development of TechEdge's suite of planning and optimization tools.

      You will collaborate closely with colleagues across our international research and project teams while working directly with clients, data providers, and internal stakeholders. The role involves managing projects, implementing media datasets, and ensuring our software tools operate seamlessly to support client use cases.

      The ideal candidate has experience working with media planning or analytics platforms, or similar software tools, and is comfortable handling complex datasets and translating technical outputs into practical insights for users. The candidate should have media and data knowledge.

      This role reports into the US commercial and research leadership team and works closely with both the US sales organization and international product and development teams.

      KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

      Project Management: Manage and coordinate client projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and technical requirements are met.
      • Stakeholder Alignment: Work closely with clients, agency practitioners, network teams, and data partners to define project needs and ensure successful execution.
      • Data Implementation & Management: Implement, maintain and support audience measurement datasets in TechEdge tools.
      • Work extensively with large data via various delivery methods to support project teams. Manage data ingestion, validation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy within software environments.
      • Software & Analytics Expertise: Work hands-on with TechEdge's suite of tools for posting, planning, and optimization.
      • Client & Partner Collaboration: Serve as a key link between clients, internal research teams, and the development organization.
      • Onboarding & Training Expert: Support client onboarding and provide guidance on how to use TechEdge software and datasets effectively.
      • Support & Troubleshooting: Work with the support team to investigate and resolve technical or data-related issues. Diagnose software or dataset issues and coordinate with development teams to ensure solutions are implemented efficiently.
      • Help translate client needs and technical requirements into clear inputs for product and engineering teams

      CAPBILITIES AND EXPERIENCE
      • Experience working with media measurement, advertising analytics or marketing datasets is highly desirable.
      • Technically minded and data fluent. Comfortable and experienced working with large datasets, structured files, and data processing workflows.
      • Experienced with media planning, analytics, or optimization software.
      • Organized and project driven. Able to manage multiple project tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail.
      • Confident, collaborative and solutions oriented, able to coordinate across teams and keep projects on track from start to finish.
      • Comfortable working with a diverse group of stakeholders including data providers, agencies, networks, and internal teams.
      • Able to translate complex technical concepts into practical solutions for clients.
      • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive projects forward. Recognizes when to seek additional input or collaboration to ensure successful outcomes.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and structured way.
      • Technical expertise, leadership and communication skills, behavioural competencies aligned to values, minimum degree required, years of experience, specific experience by area or industry.
      • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a good problem-solving mindset
      • 3-5 years of experience with audience measurement, comfortable working with large datasets and doing analytics
      • Project management experience
      • Team player with effective communications skills
