- Perform precision pipetting, PCR/qPCR setup, and reagent handling for microfluidic chip production.
- Prepare, mix, and QC reagent formulations used in spatial‑omics workflows.
- Operate and maintain specialized laboratory and manufacturing equipment while following SOPs.
- Contribute to quality assurance efforts—including qPCR-based performance checks, imaging assessments, and sequencing validation steps.
- Maintain detailed documentation of batch records, formulations, and process parameters.
- Troubleshoot process deviations and collaborate with Engineering and R&D teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Support scale‑up efforts as we expand our manufacturing capacity.
- Manage inventory and ensure availability of raw materials and consumables.
- Strong foundation in molecular biology and cell biology, including experience with PCR, qPCR, and gene sequencing workflows.
- Hands-on experience with standard lab techniques (pipetting, reagent prep, sterile technique).
- Understanding of NGS, proteomics, microfluidics, and assay development.
- Familiarity with experimental design, QC procedures, and data documentation.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, or related field.
- 1–2 years of laboratory or biomanufacturing experience — recent graduates with relevant academic or internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Experience working in regulated or quality‑controlled environments (GMP, ISO).
- Background in microfluidics device handling or consumable manufacturing is a plus.

About the Role
Join a rapidly growing biotech innovator at the forefront of spatial genomics. We are seeking a Research Associate / Manufacturing Technician, including recent graduates, to play a key role in producing next‑generation microfluidic chips that power high‑resolution spatial biology and multi‑omics discovery.
You will directly support the manufacturing of our cutting-edge DBiT‑seq (Deterministic Barcoding in Tissue for spatial‑omics sequencing) platform—a breakthrough technology that integrates microfluidics, PCR/qPCR, and Next‑Generation Sequencing (NGS) to map tissue architecture with single‑cell precision.
Your work will enable researchers and clinicians around the world to uncover new insights in gene expression, disease mechanisms, and tissue biology.
