      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage research partnerships with government agencies and oversee project deliverables
      - Contribute to research design, analysis, and implementation of policy relevant projects
      - Collaborate closely with Lab leadership and faculty to execute research initiatives
      - Conduct data collection, cleaning, and econometric data analysis for various projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in economics, data science, or a related field
      - Minimum of four years of relevant research experience
      - Proficiency in programming with Stata or R
      - Experience with rigorous impact evaluation and randomized controlled trials
      - Knowledge of econometric modeling and working with large datasets

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in economics, computer science, statistics, or related field
      - Strong background in applied statistics and econometrics
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for non-technical audiences
      - Familiarity with energy and environmental policy topics
      - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
