  Research Technician- Radiology

  Job Summary:

  The major challenges involved in this position are with patient interactions. Some patients are hesitant to be involved in research and are wary of medical studies. A good research technician is able to allay the potential subject's fears and make them comfortable with the idea of research involvement.This position is for a research technician. Responsibilities include coordination, data collection and data analysis for research studies performed within the department. A Research Technician is crucial for a successful completion of any given clinical trials as they help with consenting patients, track and follow up with the patients/physicians, data entry and record keeping.

  Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
  • High School Diploma Required.
  • 1 year work experience in related field.
  • Skills to interact with patients; Microsoft excel skills.
  • Skills to interact with patients; Microsoft excel skills; College student ideal but not required.
