What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform complex data analysis and reporting to support management decision-making
- Extract and analyze data from Oracle Database using SQL
- Identify and interpret trends in complex data sets
- Develop and produce data visualization dashboards using Tableau
- Communicate findings and research implications to leadership and stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of experience in a lead or supervisory role OR Associate's degree in a related field and four years of related experience, two of which must be in a lead or supervisory role
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with reporting packages and databases
- Minimum of two years of relevant work experience in data management or analysis
- Experience in data visualization software, particularly Tableau
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in the Criminal Justice field
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as XML and JavaScript, or ETL frameworks
- Significant experience in accessing and extracting data from organizational databases
- Proficient skills in queries, report writing, and presenting findings
- Familiarity with Business Objects or similar reporting tools
