What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with calls from and to customers, providing exceptional customer service
- Support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management
- Direct incoming customer equipment to areas based on demand and productivity
- Review reports to ensure effective placement of equipment and accuracy in customer reservations
- Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones and email
- Proficient in customer service, time management, and multitasking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer service roles
- Familiarity with reservation management systems
- Knowledge of the moving and transportation industry
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
