What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Document, review, investigate, resolve, and provide follow-up for all complaints and complaint issues reported for assigned clients
- Adhere to client service level agreements to ensure compliance with complaint management
- Respond to inquiries from clients and internal stakeholders within specified timeframes
- Monitor and report incident/accident issues and non-compliance to leadership
- Compile and submit weekly/monthly summaries of complaint investigations and resolutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on grammar and spelling
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous Quality & Compliance experience
- Some college education
- Minimum of six months in the employer's Customer Service Center
- Working knowledge of the employer's Customer Service protocols and procedures
