Job Description

- Initial research of licenses and jurisdiction requirements
- Scanning, filing, saving all records of submission and licenses as received
- Maintain record of renewals, payments, receipts, notes
- Check mailbox, track incoming and outgoing (store licenses, communication, etc.)
- Data entry
- Check requests and follow up, consolidating mail/paper renewals and applications
- Under the direction of the Manager, Network Projects, resolve business license issues.
- Prepare license applications and gather required supporting documents and signatures.
- Prepare and file required business licenses-related reports to state regulators.
- Administer Network Expansion Microsoft Teams sites and web-based Acquisition data rooms by adding users and updating and uploading documentation.
- Coordinate third-party site visits, including scheduling, communications, work order reviews, and tracking/reporting of open issues
- Capture and distribute notes for Network Expansion meetings.
- Administer Account Movement process for multibrand shops.
- Gather necessary Account Movement paperwork, request new accounts and close current accounts, following Pandora privacy protocols.
- Send timely communication to various internal and external business partners regarding Account Movement projects.
- 3-5 years’ experience in similar roles
- Experience managing projects through their full life cycle
- Adaptable and can recognize areas for process improvement

About the Team:
As a Retail Project Coordinator, you will administer business license filings, renewals, and compliance for Pandora’s North America Owned and Operated (O&O) stores. You will also work with the Manager, Network Projects, in support of the communication, execution, and tracking of network expansion projects. This includes franchise acquisitions, wholesale account movement, and other network expansion initiatives.
