Job Description:
What will you work on?
As a Full Time Retail Sales Merchandiser (Toys), you will be responsible for visiting retailers (Walmart, Target) within your assigned territory during core business hours to ensure our Spin Master products are available on-shelf, at the right price and at the right time for the customer. This will include stocking shelves, building and maintaining product displays, monitoring the store inventory and selling in product.
Please note this is a field based position working 40 hours per week and you will be required to work during our core business hours in your set market. This role offers competitive hourly rates plus a monthly car allowance, bonus program & a business cell phone.

How will you create impact?
You will be our eyes/ears in the retail stores and will provide retail insights to Spin Master for our exciting toys and brands while building relationships with store level management. You are a strong negotiator with a flair for sales to sell in product and promotional displays to stores through our Direct to Store Sales Program.
You will be required to merchandise, pack-out our product on the shelf and build incremental displays in-store while providing accurate data and photos through our retail merchandising app.
How will you fit into the team?
You are a team player, can go that "extra mile" and have a love for TOYS! You are a motivated self-starter, can perform daily travel store to store within the territory (valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for business use along with proof of vehicle insurance required) and effectively manage a store service visit schedule. You are physically fit and able to lift-up to 40 pounds, comfortable with moving products, cases, display features and pallets. You have a high level of energy, can stand, kneel, bend/squat, and walk for long periods of time.
What are your skills and experience?
You have 2+ years experience as a retail field sales merchandiser/representative with big box retail stores such as Walmart or Target. You're a people person & enjoy working independently with strong time management skills, organization and enjoy being part of a retail driven remote team.

The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in California is $18 to $19 Per Hour. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. Spin Master Inc. is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
