      About the Role

      The Accounting and Revenue Operations teams are responsible for ensuring that Intermedia's revenue-related financial results are accurately presented to leadership for both internal and external reporting, and that the credit and collections process is effectively managed. The team also provides subject matter expertise across the organization in support of ongoing business operations.

      Working closely with the Senior Manager of Revenue Accounting and Collections, the Revenue Analyst Intern will support administrative and accounting activities that contribute to Intermedia's financial and operational goals. You will assist in ensuring the timely and accurate completion of monthly general ledger close activities in accordance with the accounting calendar. You will also work on a focused project to identify opportunities to streamline or automate team processes using AI and help implement practical improvements.

      The ideal candidate will be a team player with a solid foundation in accounting and strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills who is comfortable in a fast-paced organization and can drive assigned project activities to a successful completion.

      What you will be doing:
      • Participate in revenue-related journal entries, reconciliations, or account analyses in accordance with US GAAP
      • Analyze accounting and operational data and provide recommendations that support data-driven decision-making
      • Work on a dedicated project to identify opportunities to streamline or automate accounting or operational processes using AI
      • Assist with special projects such as documentation of reports and processes
      • Proactively collaborate with accounting team members and cross-functional partners
      • Prepare ad hoc analyses in response to cross-departmental requests


      What you will bring to the role:
      • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
      • Foundational knowledge of US GAAP
      • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      • Collaborative mindset and willingness to support team priorities
