What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Rural Health Transformation Program director
- Screen access to the director and address inquiries and complaints from the public and other customers
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, projects, and activities, including logistics for speakers and materials
- Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems and assist with data analysis and reporting
- Support onboarding logistics for new partners, contractors, and staff, and assist in process improvement initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures, including word processing and records management
- Exceptional communication skills across multiple platforms in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage a rigorous task load while articulating complex information effectively
- Experience in optimizing administrative workflows within high-volume settings
- Proven track record of providing operational support in professional environments

- Experience coordinating committees and stakeholder engagement
- Familiarity with rural community dynamics and challenges
- Background in analyzing and summarizing data for audits and reporting
