- Associate's degree or Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent, or Risk Management
- Minimum 5 years related experience or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of general PC computer systems
- Relevant work experience in governance, compliance and/or audit with experience
- Ability to interpret and operationalize regulatory requirements
- A good understanding of IT's Compliance policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of Windows OS environments
- Good knowledge in computer networking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with conducting risk assessments and audits to identify security risks
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of control frameworks such as NIST and ISO sufficient to interpret and apply T risk and control concepts is an asset
- Experience with administration of Governance and Compliance tools (GRC) is an asset
- Abide by all company policies including, but not limited to the following: Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental Systems, Human Resources policies, and the Martinrea Employee Handbook
- Help and work with internal stakeholders to understand and define risks related to IT infrastructure, processes, applications, operations, security, and emerging technologies and build controls to address risks
- Assist to implement an enterprise-wide business continuity plan and disaster recovery plan
- Participate in the risk governance processes to internally assess and evaluate risks
- Build and maintain dashboards
- Maintain IT records
- Consult on IT related asset purchases
- Help to implement risk and compliance strategies and monitor the IT security controls enterprise wide
- Required to work extra hours and travel to meet customer needs
Job Summary: The Risk & Compliance Analyst will play an integral role in supporting all aspects of the governance function within Information Technology. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, reporting, and delivering effective processes to ensure that any compliance gaps are tracked and resolved on time.
