  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Conduct research at courthouses to provide criminal or civil case information for background checks
  - Use court computer indexes and engage with court clerk staff to ensure accurate case information
  - Verify information provided by candidates and input case information into the HireRight WebCourt portal
  - Communicate effectively with court clerk staff and provide status updates on requests
  - Maintain data protection compliance and prioritize client requests
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High School Diploma or GED required
  - 2 years of experience in criminal or civil records research preferred
  - Knowledge of word processing software and excellent communication skills
  - Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities
  - Ability to travel to assigned court locations daily
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience working in a court setting
  - Familiarity with reading court cases, terminology, and court record filing
