Job Description

- Manage supply review meetings with production plants
- Ensure supply plan is sufficient to fill unconstrained demand plan and create, evaluate different scenarios linked to the Performance indicators
- Follow up on Key Performance Indicator (OTIF, Inventory, IALT, CPK)
- Collaborate with and coordinate a cross functional team including manufacturing, controlling, planning, PLM, Customer experience in order to define the best supply strategies
- Identify mid/long term Raw Material at risk and create scenarios to mitigate potential issues
- Follow up on production transfer process
- Insure the update of the Supply Pattern Table
- Collaborate with Business in order to meet sales Target
- Facilitation & support S&OP cycle

- Competencies and Technical skills:
- 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain / Planning
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering.
- Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills.
- Need to be highly skilled in communication and teamwork.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to present complex issues in a clear and concise manner and provide succinct results-oriented operational expertise.
- knowledge of SAP, advanced Excel, Power BI, Kinaxis
- Advanced English level
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Place of Work: Hybrid
S&OP Leader for the Taste division in Europe in charge of ensuring the demand plan of each of the Production plants, achieving with performance indicators and implementing creative and innovative ways as supply strategies. Work hand in hand with a cross-functional team.
