      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain strong client relationships with OEM customers and distributors
      - Ensure products are specified to maintain and increase revenue by prioritizing sales opportunities
      - Obtain specifications and approvals at engineering firms and major accounts to boost sales
      - Provide product training at the distributor and customer levels and motivate sales direction
      - Keep management informed of competitive product activities and market changes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree
      - Minimum of 3 years of Sales and/or Applications Engineering experience
      - Experience in Direct and/or Distributor sales
      - Proven experience in selling Automation products such as Controllers, PLCs, Motors, and Sensors
      - Ability to serve general Industrial clients across various sectors

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in selling Robotics and related automation technologies
      - Familiarity with diverse industrial applications, including Warehouse and Life Science sectors
      - Strong understanding of market trends in automation technology
