What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Identify and engage with prospective customers, developing new business leads and converting prospects into long-term clients
- Develop and execute account plans that align with sales targets and customer business objectives
- Maintain a strong operational understanding of accounts to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with technology partners to create joint go-to-market strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of sales experience in the technology industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets focused on customer retention and new business development
- Strong operational skills to manage multiple accounts efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships at all levels
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field
