      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
      - Identify and engage with prospective customers to generate new business leads and convert prospects into long-term clients
      - Develop and execute account plans that align with sales targets and customer business objectives
      - Maintain operational understanding of accounts, ensuring seamless delivery of services and solutions
      - Build and maintain relationships with technology partners to drive joint go-to-market strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of sales experience in the technology industry
      - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with a focus on customer retention and new business development
      - Strong operational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently
      - Experience working for or with channel partners is highly preferred
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships at all levels

      - Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field
      - Experience selling cloud, managed services, and automation solutions
      - Highly motivated with a passion for building relationships and delivering customer success
      - Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
