      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute product launch plans and achieve territory sales objectives through strategic Brand Plan of Action
      - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in medical oncology and urology
      - Communicate clinically relevant product information effectively to healthcare professionals
      - Develop and implement a territory business plan to guide sales strategies and track progress
      - Monitor competitive sales activity and provide insights and recommendations to leadership

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or business administration
      - Minimum of 7 years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, preferably in specialty pharmaceuticals
      - Current or recent experience in Urology, Oncology, or Men's Health
      - Proven track record of exceeding sales goals in assigned territories
      - Valid driver's license with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with oncology and/or urology product launches
      - Background in working within a start-up company or division
      - Account Management, Market Access, or Advocacy experience
      - Familiarity with Account Based Settings (Academic Hospitals and IDNs)
      - Proficiency in leveraging technology platforms and business software
