What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to grow account revenue
- Promote and sell innovative diagnostic, therapeutic, monitoring, and imaging technologies
- Collaborate with regional sales team members, including the Area Sales Director and Inside Sales Representative, to achieve sales goals
- Utilize marketing resources to generate leads and enhance brand awareness
- Travel to various call points within the assigned territory
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a scientific or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience in capital equipment or medical devices in the animal health industry
- Proven track record of strong closing skills and customer service excellence
- Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using a CRM management database, preferably Salesforce.com
- Background in selling capital sales within the animal health sector
