What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve accounts and visit clients in a defined market area
- Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities
- Create demand for the employer's products and services by raising its profile with customers
- Achieve revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account
- Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport
- Ability to prioritize time and resources to achieve metrics and complete tasks
- Proficient in multi-tasking, prioritizing, organizing, and coordinating projects to meet simultaneous deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ years of auto glass or collision experience
- Experience working with insurance carriers
