What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the sales team by reviewing all quotes and contract documents
- Process new orders promptly and ensure important information is communicated with internal departments
- Manage order processing in SAP and maintain Salesforce information for data integrity
- Prepare and analyze sales reports and dashboards
- Assist with team activities, events, or travel arrangements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a sales capacity
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and strong Salesforce background
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

- Experience in fleet or legal environments
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and data analysis
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle novel issues autonomously
