What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative support to the Vice President of Marketing and Sales and the Vice President of Sales
- Manage expense reports, sales reporting, and budget reconciliations
- Organize and keep calendars, attend sales team calls, and maintain detailed notes
- Travel to and attend several sales meetings throughout the year
- Assist HR sales generalist with hiring and other HR-related duties
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience as an Administrative Assistant in a fast-paced environment
- Must possess a high school diploma
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience with an HRIS system (UKG/Kronos experience is desired)
