Job Description

- Ensure that catalogs are up-to-date with correct data including costs, MSRPs, classification, sourcing options, MOQ, vendor codes, dimensions, etc
- Work cross functionally with the supply team to review orders and troubleshoot issues pertaining to cost, availability, and all other item details
- Contribute to ensuring the best Amazon on-site product detail pages; including, but not limited to, item setup, imagery, content score management, item attribution, and site content optimization
- Collect and distribute test reports and compliance documents as necessary to Amazon
- Partner closely with sales team to support meeting and trade show preparation, provide copy and assets & strategize on item selection
- Collect and process samples as needed for customer and events
- Partner with Operations, Safety, Finance, etc. to understand and meet Amazon requirements
- Utilize data software (Salsify, PacVue, etc) to manage inputs and updates to our catalogs, find errors, and research/fix data as needed

- Liaise with departments across the organization to provide outstanding support to the Amazon team.
- Responsible for ensuring the best Amazon on-site product detail pages; including, but not limited to, item setup, imagery, content score management, item attribution, and site content optimization
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in an office environment
- Knowledge of Google suites or Microsoft office with intermediate Excel skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfortable with research and data and data analysis
- Strong sense of urgency and ownership
- Excellent interpersonal & multi-tasking with excellent time management skills
- Clear and strong communication and interpersonal skills are required
- Onsite and regular attendance is required because we value teamwork and face to face interactions

As the eCommerce Specialist for our Amazon account, you will partner with our sales team to provide the necessary support to grow our business! A few of the key responsibilities include account and item set up and management, order processing and tracking, and ad hoc sales support.
