      Bond Health Staffing, a well-established healthcare staffing firm with a strong nationwide footprint, is seeking a driven Sales & Business Development Professional with full-cycle recruiting experience. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company with a proven history of delivering staffing solutions across multiple sectors, including Healthcare, Allied Health, Special Education, Mental Health, Correctional Health, Government Contracts, and Hospital Systems.

      Position Overview

      In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, expanding client relationships, and managing full-cycle recruitment. You’ll work closely with leadership to grow existing markets and open new ones, while enjoying the flexibility to work onsite, hybrid, or fully remote.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Develop and grow new client relationships across healthcare, allied health, mental health, and special education sectors

      • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates

      • Maintain and expand relationships with existing client accounts

      • Identify emerging staffing needs and market opportunities nationwide

      • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure top-tier service delivery

      • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales and placement goals

      • Represent Bond Health as a trusted partner to clients and candidates

      Requirements

      • Previous healthcare staffing sales and business development experience is required

      • Proven full-cycle recruiting experience

      • Strong relationship-building and communication skills

      • Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities

      • Highly motivated, goal-driven, and results-focused

      • Ability to work independently (remote or hybrid)

      • Positive, team-oriented mindset
