- Essential: Any Engineering degree , preferably B Tech in Mech /Chemical/Civil
- Desirable: Excellent communication skill and having knowledge in Hazop, QRA, SIL , process safety etc. Logistic Safety
- Minimum 5 Years Experience
- Salary upto 12 Lacs
- Strong working knowledge of all HR disciplines with hands-on experience in Learning & Development.
- Should have taken some initiatives on engagement front with a flair of content writing.
- Excellent communication and relational skills to effectively work with different people across and outside the organization
- Ability to build trust, respect and confidentiality
- Show adequate balance between firmness and diplomacy
- Organizational skills
- Hands-on and practical approach
- Ability to work under own initiative and independently
- Ability to work under pressure and to coordinate several activities simultaneously
- Flexible approach to work and able to react effectively to a rapidly changing environment
