      What you will do:

      Leads forecasting, scheduling, and tracking real-time availability performance in order to support growing business and market demands through production planning. Manages visibility of product availability through the chain, proposing solutions to hurdles in availability, deploying supply strategy and sourcing aligned to product group commitments and demands.

      Responsibilities

      • Analyzing and solving business problems with a focus on understanding root causes and driving forward-looking opportunities.

      • Leading forecasting using trend analysis and statistical modeling to drive decision-making. Proposing solutions correlated to risk-cost-benefit analysis;

      • Liaising with operational management teams on all matters related to resource planning.

      • Producing effective resource scheduling to maximize performance and meet KPIs/SLA.

      • Manages PDC orders replenishment according to metrics definition, plant availability aligned to each product strategy;

      • Clears issues in the systems integrations or gaps in process to deliver the plan of production.

      Skills:

      Data Gathering & Analysis in complex scenarios: Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion, goal, or judgment.

      Analytical and Critical Thinking driven by business priorities to plan: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.

      Accuracy and Attention to Detail to forecast and plan taking into account all tradeoffs and cost-risk-benefit compromises: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.

      Excellent collaboration and communication skills to manage relationship with extensive internal network and stakeholders: Knowledge of collaborative techniques; ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.

      What You Have:

      Education: Bachelor’s Degree (preference for engineering, business administration or correlated careers)

      Language: Advanced English

      Experience: Experience and knowledge of forecasting and S&Op around product quality, CPI, AFA, reliability, product performance and/or application

      Top candidates will also have:

      • Basic Spanish

      • Engineering and or manufacturing/ production structures and some product knowledge (compatibility, product structure, systems for configuration and price lists);

      Note: This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days a week.
