What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make outbound telemarketing calls to prospective patients, aiming for 300+ calls daily
- Convert calls into new patient appointments while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly quotas
- Understand and articulate the employer's unique value proposition to prospective patients
- Schedule initial doctor's appointments and provide excellent customer service
- Participate in remote training sessions and adhere to the sales center's operational hours
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree preferred
- Call center outbound sales experience and/or telemarketing experience
- Proficient in learning new technology and communication tools
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- US work authorization
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Comfortable in a base + bonus salary structure
- Prior remote work experience
- Strong attendance and time management skills
- Coachable with a desire to learn about the healthcare industry
