      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team, ensuring high performance and accountability
      - Conduct daily stand-ups, weekly one-on-ones, and ongoing training sessions to develop team members
      - Own the pipeline generation strategy, tracking and reporting on key SDR metrics
      - Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align messaging and go-to-market execution
      - Recruit, onboard, and mentor new talent to build a strong and effective SDR team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience managing an SDR team in a consultative outbound sales environment
      - Proven track record of hiring, ramping, and developing high-performing SDRs
      - Strong understanding of outbound sales metrics and how to drive pipeline production
      - Experience operating in a remote, performance-oriented environment
      - Effective communication skills with both team members and leadership

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with or selling to real estate, property management, or similar traditional industries
      - Previous experience as an SDR manager during a significant growth period at a startup
      - Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and outreach platforms such as Outreach or Salesloft
