      WHAT WILL YOU DO?

      The Sales Development Representative role will have a crucial role for generating and nurturing new business opportunities for Axis and our partners. As part of the Sales team, you will play a key role in influencing potential partners and nurturing sustainable relationships. You will develop a strong understanding of Axis solutions to expand new markets & opportunities in a creative way. You will have a close collaboration with our Sales and Marketing team, where you will drive lead generation through marketing campaigns and generate new sales prospects.

      The role also requires you to drive attendance and registration for sales and marketing initiatives and events and to promote our Axis Academy training classes through calls, email and social outreach. This person will with time also conduct webinars to educate partners and increase generate demand. A great part of the role is also to Prospect into organizations with cold calls, emails while using tools like Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. All while keeping these tools up to date with the most accurate information of your business, such as pipe, closing and revenue forecast.

      WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

      We are looking for a dynamic, independent and self-starting person who has a passion for technology or the security industry. It is important to be a good team player and know the value of good collaboration within different functions in an organization. We are searching for someone who is eager to learn and who is driven by actively finding new business opportunities and building trustworthy relations. And just as important, someone who is looking forward to working with a fun and dynamic team!

      We would love to hear from you if you are/have:

      • Degree in Business Administration/ or equivalent
      • 2 + years of experience in a similar position
      • Experience and knowledge in IT (the security industry is a big advantage)
      • Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
      • Knowledge of Microsoft Office + experience in any CRM, preferably Salesforce
      • Ideally experience working with an indirect business model
      • Hunter and sales-driven personality
      • Results and KPIs oriented
      • Friendly and open character
      • Fluent in French and professional level in English (written and verbal)
