What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Convert customer prospects into qualified leads through effective communication
- Maintain and update the client database for accessibility by the sales team
- Generate and funnel qualified leads to the sales pipeline for quick responses
- Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within targeted geographies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Willingness to obtain an insurance license
- High school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred
