Responsibilities
• Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities through outbound outreach, including phone calls, text messages, video messages, emails, DMs, and social media communication with prospective and current members
• Use consultative sales skills to uncover needs, gather important information, and identify both new business and upsell opportunities
• Set qualified strategy calls for the sales team with prospective and existing members
• Maintain accurate records of all outreach and sales activity in the CRM, including call efforts, notes, follow-up tasks, scheduling, and reporting
• Consistently follow the sales process and complete daily activities with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
• Communicate clearly and confidently with prospects and members while delivering a positive experience in every interaction
• Navigate multiple systems, tools, and websites efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Represent the company in a positive, professional, and service-focused manner at all times
Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years of high-volume outbound phone sales experience
• Proven experience with appointment setting and calendar scheduling
• Comfortable communicating with prospects and clients by phone, text, email, video message, and Zoom
• Strong understanding of the sales process, including prospect qualification, consultative selling, pipeline management, follow-up, and closing fundamentals
• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to stay organized and productive in a fast-paced sales environment
• Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to grow personally, professionally, and financially
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and create a positive member experience
• Confident using CRM systems and other online tools to manage activity and communicationAbout the company
