      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct high-volume outreach to decision-makers to build a robust sales pipeline and book discovery meetings
      - Qualify leads by running effective discovery sessions and addressing client objections
      - Meet and exceed performance quotas based on meeting numbers and pipeline metrics
      - Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing on targeted campaigns and strategy refinement
      - Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, documenting all activities and follow-up steps

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or related fields
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a confident phone presence
      - Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively
      - Proven track record of achieving significant goals and demonstrating resilience
      - Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
      - History of high performance in previous roles or standout achievements outside of sales
      - Familiarity with Salesforce and other sales tools
      - Demonstrated curiosity and empathy in client interactions
