      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute independent lead generation strategies to identify high-value prospects
      - Manage lead generation and qualification for all platforms, including Chromium, Visium, and Xenium
      - Track and report on initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth
      - Foster relationships and coordinate with cross-functional departments to execute sales plans
      - Update the CRM system to maintain accurate opportunities and pipeline

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field; equivalent industry experience
      - 0-1+ years of experience in inside sales or business development, preferably in academic, life sciences, or biotechnology industries
      - Proficient in utilizing research techniques to generate qualified leads
      - Strong communication and relationship-building skills
      - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in NGS sales
      - Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC)
      - Proven successful sales experience with a technical product line
