What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and lead a team of Sales Executives to drive new business sales growth in the region
- Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with Sales Operations
- Engage in territory planning and assist Field Sales Teams in closing opportunities
- Recruit, coach, and mentor team members to achieve sales excellence
- Manage accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting to meet business objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current residence in the Southeastern US
- Proven experience in integrating AI into work processes and decision-making
- Extensive track record of success in new business sales, particularly at the C-level
- Strong capabilities in recruiting, coaching, and managing high-performing sales teams
- Ability to deliver accurate CRM reports and drive effective sales processes
