What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support pre-sales activities including customer meetings, product demonstrations, and technical proposal responses
- Provide technical advice and support to end users, resellers, and the internal sales team
- Build customized dashboards for proof of concept and demo environments tailored to specific verticals
- Resolve system and environment issues for Partner, Customer, and Demo/POV systems
- Assist with marketing activities such as trade shows and webinars to develop new customer leads
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical discipline (Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant field)
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in a customer-facing role involving pre-and post-sales engineering activities
- Strong knowledge and experience with hardware and software products related to IP networking and video security
- Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux environments
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks independently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL and experience reading log files
- Experience with troubleshooting web-based platforms using various tools and methodologies
- Passion for continuous learning and knowledge acquisition in technology solutions
