What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide expert technical guidance to customers and sales peers regarding the employer's products and services
- Lead technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and workshops tailored to specific client challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales, including technical scoping and proposal development
- Cultivate strong relationships with key client stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor
- Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage market awareness to identify opportunities for product innovation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
- 5+ years of proven experience in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or solution architecture role
- Conceptual understanding of networking fundamentals, including IP addressing and firewalls
- Proficiency in at least one core technical domain such as AI/ML infrastructure or data center systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience with MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale, or Command of the Message
- Familiarity with MSPs, Telcos, Oil & Gas, or Utilities
- Experience selling physical products and knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations
- Demonstrable expertise in AI & Edge AI Solution Architecture or Modular Data Center Systems
