What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Demonstrate products to both technical and non-technical audiences, emphasizing the value proposition at an executive level
- Drive sales opportunities from discovery through to deal closure with support from an account executive
- Coordinate all aspects of product trials, including installation and data interpretation for prospective customers
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to define requirements and develop product features
- Author blog posts and deliver presentations at security conferences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in Security Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, Consulting, or similar customer-facing roles in the security industry
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python and experience using REST APIs
- Willingness to undergo a criminal background investigation
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Desire to embody core values such as passionate curiosity, empathy, and transparency
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Active U.S. Government Security Clearance (Secret or higher)
- Experience supporting federal civilian agencies, DoD, or intelligence community in a technical pre-sales or consulting role
- Familiarity with federal procurement processes, including FedRAMP and FISMA requirements
- Previous experience presenting to federal executives and technical stakeholders
- Understanding of federal cybersecurity frameworks and mandates (NIST 800-53, CMMC)
