What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers in understanding the value of the company's solutions during the sales process
- Demonstrate the product and address customer inquiries during initial sales calls
- Provide support to customers during proof of concept sessions
- Document interesting use cases in blog posts and product documentation
- Occasionally perform duties outside of standard working hours due to time zone differences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with logs, metrics, IT operations, and security
- Background in sales engineering, professional services, or support
- Proven ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
- Must reside in Pennsylvania
- Willingness to engage with the product and provide constructive feedback
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a similar role within the IT or data security industry
- Strong technical skills and understanding of data management solutions
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
