- You are the owner and ambassador for an outstanding Customer and Selling Journey in the Business Unit Electronic Packaging
- You are responsible for the establishment of a BU Sales Excellence roadmap and the execution of corresponding projects
- You act as pricing expert and sparring partner for SBF and Sales/Product managers for pricing tactics
- You develop a toolbox and instructions for the global BU Sales Team, with support from cross-functional experts in the Business Unit as well as from experts of our central Sales and Pricing Excellence team
- You evaluate and facilitate business process improvements and digitization in close collaboration with process mining and workflow automation experts
- You promote CRM in terms of concepts and improvements in cooperation with CRM experts
- You manage and contribute to business development projects and coordinate the necessary marketing, product management and (technical) sales activities
- You have successfully completed a University degree in Industrial Engineering or in Business Administration and have a good technical understanding
- You have gained at least 3-5 years working experience in a Sales, Business Development or Pricing Excellence role
- You have in-depth experience in B2B pricing, as well as a good knowledge of sales methodologies and innovative pricing models
- You are a proven project manager, experience in agile project management is an advantage
- You have excellent conceptual and analytical skills, combined with a high level of customer orientation, decisiveness and excellent communication and negotiation skills
- You have excellent English and German language skills
- You are willing to travel internationally for some projects
