What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Manage and maintain a disciplined sales pipeline to ensure predictable revenue performance
- Develop and implement innovative, data-driven sales strategies to secure new client partnerships
- Foster collaboration across departments to enhance deal cycles and optimize client onboarding
- Champion a customer-centric approach throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-7 years of proven success in closing high-value deals in a competitive sales environment
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce) for pipeline management and forecasting
- Strong understanding of eCommerce and digital marketing challenges and solutions
- Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to lead high-value deal negotiations
- Ability to independently generate leads, build relationships, and close deals
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with sales enablement and automation tools like Gong and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Demonstrated ability to articulate complex marketing concepts in clear, outcome-oriented terms
- Proven track record of strategic relationship building with key stakeholders
- Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, market dynamics, and client verticals
