What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Consistently achieve quarterly sales quotas
- Develop and execute strategies for prospecting and relationship development
- Align customer needs with relevant technology solutions and conduct high-level technical conversations
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with business leaders and senior executives
- Collaborate effectively with peers and respond to inbound marketing leads
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven ability to consistently exceed quota in a high-performing sales role
- Extensive experience in selling enterprise solutions to small, medium, and enterprise businesses
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and quantify the cost of inaction
- Proven capability to function as a strategic advisor to the C-Suite
- Self-starter with a high standard of accountability
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience selling in the Microsoft Partner ecosystem
- Experience selling Microsoft Azure, Business Applications, or Modern Work products
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
