      For our US team, we are looking for a Sales Executive to join our F&V Desk Team!
      This is a remote position within the US.

      Sales Executive

      As our Sales Executive you are responsible for driving sales and profitability in alignment with our strategic plan and the procurement and sales of products to your customer base. You ensure the quality of sourcing and sales, customer satisfaction, opportunity and risk assessment, departmental improvements, and information exchange with other sales and commercial team members.

      Your responsibilities and objectives:
      • Suggest new trade opportunities and product development.
      • Keeps track of international market developments.
      • Keeps track of the results and suggests corrective action plans.
      • Assessing customer payment risks.
      • Ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
      • Responsible for handling product complaints from customers.
      • Define all quality aspects towards all product providers and customers (either when buying/selling on a contract basis or otherwise).
      • Follows the product specifications as defined by the quality department and adheres to instructions specified by the QA Manager.
      • All other duties as assigned.
      • Ensures all suppliers meet supplier approval with the Quality Assurance Manager.
      • Ensures effective safety procedures, tools, and record-keeping are managed through site leadership.
      • Adheres to company GMP's (good manufacturing practices), safety procedures, and all other quality processes.
      • Wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) when required.


      • BA Business Management, Marketing, International Trade, Agriculture, or related field a plus
      • At least 5 years of experience in sales, international trade, or a comparable function

      Knowledge and skills:
      • Must possess a strong working knowledge of the import/export environment
      • Successful customer service experience
      • Working knowledge of ERP systems
      • Proficiency with MS Office
      • Proven communication skills - verbal and written
      • Successful experience finding prospects, turning prospects into leads, and leads into customers' preferred
      • Demonstrated experience building rapport with customers and curating durable relationships
      • Strong organizational skills
      • Thrives working in ambiguous situations
      • Ability to solve challenging problems
      • Prioritize and meet deadlines
      • Work with minimal direction
