      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new sales opportunities
      - Identify and qualify prospects based on defined criteria, including facility type and buying authority
      - Respond promptly to inbound leads and guide them through the initial qualification steps
      - Collaborate closely with Business Development Executives to align on outreach strategies and target accounts
      - Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM and track performance metrics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of inside sales, sales development, or outbound prospecting experience, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Comfortable with high-volume outreach and follow-up
      - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and consistently meet activity and meeting targets
      - Experience using CRM platforms, such as Salesforce

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous healthcare or radiology experience
      - Experience coordinating with outside sales or enterprise sales teams
      - Familiarity with outbound automation tools, such as LinkedIn and HubSpot
