What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by prospecting, closing new business, and growing revenue within named accounts
- Source and engage high-quality leads through cold outreach, networking, and attending industry events
- Identify opportunities and navigate organizational structures to win new business
- Manage your pipeline and accounts meticulously in Salesforce for accurate tracking and forecasting
- Collaborate with customer success managers to onboard clients and ensure alignment with signed service agreements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 2 years focused on outbound prospecting and exceeding quotas
- Proven track record of securing net-new logos in high-activity, outbound-focused sales roles
- Experience selling to scaling tech companies with an established network of relevant contacts
- Proven ability to engage multiple stakeholders within mid-market or enterprise accounts
- Exceptional pipeline management skills with experience in "land and expand" strategies
