What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Organize and maintain a territory route for distributing marketing collateral and warranty materials
- Sell home warranties primarily through realtor and title channels
- Establish quarterly goals and target lists in collaboration with your manager
- Schedule one-on-one appointments with key real estate agents and report on status regularly
- Coordinate monthly office meetings/presentations to support sales goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of field sales experience, including cold calling and strategic selling
- Previous sales experience in title, mortgage, insurance, or real estate-related industries
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in home warranty sales
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with smartphones, tablets, and laptops for sales operations
