      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute a business plan to identify and pursue new business opportunities
      - Build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients to drive sales
      - Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
      - Collaborate with onboarding teams to ensure smooth implementation of new business
      - Regularly update the sales pipeline and participate in sales meetings to track progress

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a field sales role, preferably in a B2B environment
      - Proven success in selling or implementing complex business process solutions
      - Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport
      - Excellent time management and organizational skills
